DO I NEED A CANNABIS/HEMP LICENSE TO PURCHASE AT YOUR STORE?

Short answer, No. After the 2018 Farm Bill was passed, all CBD & THC hemp derived products are legal in the state of Texas as long as the percentage of Delta-9 THC is less than 0.3% per dry weight.

**All retailers must be licensed by the State of Texas to sell 2018 Farm Bill Compliant Hemp derrived THC and CBD products.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO PURCHASE CBD & THC PRODUCTS?

To consume 2018 Farm Bill Compliant THC products all costumers must be 21 years or older.
To consume 2018 Farm Bill Compliant CBD products all costumers must be 18 years or older.
